-Ensure to implement a clear definition for planning, cost control and material logistics.
-Lead a team of planning engineers, material engineers and co-coordinators and ensure tasks are fully met.
-Prepare, review for projects schedules by primavera and overall progress monitoring system database.
-Update weekly PMS reports and schedules using Primavera, SAP, and Access and excel.
-Alarm stakeholder& executive management by all kind of reports required to get full view about projects status.
-Support production team with all kind of micro- plans and provide resources requirements calculations to be achieved.
-Prepare performance report for manpower, equipment’s and set database to monitor the norms of each process.
- Guide and prepare for claims register for projects and support by the required documents.
-Review of short and long term business performance of the various business units of the group using KPIs.
-Prepare Cost breakdown structure and implement task code system and their population from the estimate.
-Tasks system and Cost Code system, alarm for over run/under run budget. Support for invoicing system.
-Prepare prefeasibility study, financial plan, revenue reports, risk analysis, project forecast and cash flow reports.
-Conduct commercial due diligence on investment, Provides evaluation of opportunities with management
-Supervision and support for material logistic movement, MRR process, CL, MRF, MIF and FO.
-Supervision and support of dispatch for completed projects.
-Prepare Norms database for estimation department to estimate MHRS required complete jobs for projects.
-Lead estimation team to implement new system of estimation and ensure to follow the company procedures.
-Ensure to implement a clear definition of the cost control and reporting requirements of the assigned tasks.
-Reduce cost by control budget, procurement, engineering, MHR performance, equipments and invoices.
-Maintain PMC cost with ERP systems to record MHR related costs, overtime costs and other business costs.
-Ensure that all stockholders are aware of any potential major cost problems, and to propose remedial action.
-Prepare CBS, staffing and execution plan for the project organization to ensure resource is available.
-Calculate costs for claims including man hour costs, equipment and materials cost.

-Submit monthly invoices to the clients, alarm for payments over dues and follow up with FAD.
-Involve in cost breakdown structures, tender from bidding stage, review norms, factors and proposals.

-Report for schedule deviations on assigned tasks related to a discipline or specialty.
-Coordinate between estimation, engineering, construction and planning to link with the invoices.
-Negotiate subcontractors, prepare form of contracts, review the invoices and highlight for discrepancies.
-Prepare 3-week look ahead schedule and overall Level 4 schedule and monitoring.
-Establish guidelines for value engineering during the design management process and prior to tendering.
-Preparing and presenting risk management plan/procedure and risk register outlining identification.
-Prepare Forms of Contract based either on Clients standard forms or FIDIC’s standard agreements.
-Monitor request for variations generated by contractors and assure compliance with contract agreement.
-Participating with client executives in feasibility planning and project kick-off meetings.
-Formulated all cost strategies, develop cost and expenditure plans and commitment control.
-Develop and agreed optimum means to control and transact Projects cost and revenue in ERP System.
-Support the development of Projects Work breakdown structures (WBS), their population from the estimate.
-Maintain consistency in cost bases through rigorous adherence to the controls processes.
-Develop process for regular forecast PFR of estimated final contract price, ETC and projects cost.
-Review with the project controls manager on the issues of exchange rate and cash forecasting.
-Review monthly contractor’s cost recoveries for compliance and accuracy for the agreed scope.
-Ensure the appropriate estimating efforts are committed to implement change effort.
-Prepare, Control and analyses claims.
-Submitted cost estimates, resources and budgets at project stages from screening to closeout.
-Monitor and supervise day-to-day contractor activities and identify corrective action as appropriate.
-Provide project cost input and support for internal and external reviews daily, weekly and monthly.
-Identify, analyze, and provide solutions to Project controls manager to control the project budget.
-Review all sub-contractors invoices before submitted and transferred to FAD.
-Interface with other Project Groups, including Project Management, Supply Chain and Finance.
-Follow up for invoices submitted for client, update invoicing schedule and alarm for overdue.
-Follow up Claims of subcontractors and advised management of any delay related to the project.
-Prepare and updated the project cash flow.
-Daily, weekly and Monthly Cost Reports .Forecast Reports by Bar charts, Tables and “S” Curves.
-Prepare Earned Value Analysis (EV), Cost To Complete (CTC) and Estimate At Complete (EAC).
-Review and Control budget, Cost, contingency plan and revenue to control project gross margin.
--Control project progress daily, weekly and monthly. Alarm management for any deviation from Schedule.
-Control engineering drawing status and alarm for any modification or as built required.
-Spooling and matching packing list of material received with engineering approved drawings.
-Provide all type of reports related to planning and cost (daily, weekly and monthly).
-Administering risk management with clients, consultants, and project team members.
-Negotiate with suppliers, control material in/out, following punch list till commissioning and start up.
-Provide specification and details of material as per standard and drawing for procurement.
-Review sub-contractors and suppliers invoices and highlight for discrepancies.
-Mitigation process for project risks as they relate to contracts, costs, schedule, safety, and construction.
-Controlling material in / Out from store.
-Administering risk management with Clients, Consultants, and project team members.
--Review tender from bidding to ensure that all drawing and components of the tender are included.
-Control project drawings, Perform weld maps and prepare material take off (MTO) from the drawings.
-Survey project quantities from drawings, update BOQ monthly and issue project forecast report.
-Prepare cost time resources (CTR) for individual time writing for expert staff, equipments and tools.
-Prepare daily progress report, weekly progress report and monthly progress report.
-Prepare work front for fabrication workshop and issue material request for site engineers.
-Coordinate between fabrication workshop progress and open site erection work front.
-Issue material list, equipment list, weld list and valve list.

-Responsibility for purchasing orders and ensuring that it is matching with specification.
-Prepare monthly invoices and follow up with the client up to the final submission for the invoices.
-Provide analysis for major cost items to help the project manager in decision-making.
-Estimate cost for variation orders and verify completed work as specified by Project engineers.
-Submit the final cost report of the project to implement the total project gross margin and profit.
-Follow up for CCC (construction completion certificates), closing all project invoices with the client.
