تنفيذ خطط الجودة المعتمدة و الخاصة بالشئون الإدارية مع المراجعة و التدقيق للميزانية السنوية.
المشاركة فى صياغة وإعداد إجراءات الشئون الإدارية مع ممثل الإدارة لنظام الجودة و مدير تخطيط.
مراجعة و تدقيق الإجراءات و النماذج و السجلات و التعليمات الخاصة بنظام الجودة عن الشئون الإدارية.
متابعة وحفظ وصيانة مستندات التراخيص و التسجيل التجارى و الصناعى و الضريبى و متابعة صلاحية و سريان هذه الوثائق.
مراجعة و تدقيق الكشوف النهائية للترقيات و التسكين الوظيفي و المرتبات فى نهاية كل عام.
التحقق من أن جميع التعليمات الإدارية هى المتبعة بالفعل و توقيع الجزاءات على المخالفين.
مراجعة و اعتماد كشف الأجور و المرتبات الشهرية.
إعتماد طلبات الإجازات و قرارات التعيين و الفصل.
