Shortlisting and interviewing the new required employees as per each post criteria.
Handling the recruitment process/formalities of the new employees from A to Z, with coordination with the PR typist, PROs, and the other staff.
Handling the employee exit clearance formalities.
Following up the risky expiry dates such as labour, immigration, and licenses, and taking action on time.
Maintaining the Recruitment report including the New Join/Cancellations, and the Demob. Reports.
Issuing internal "Job Offers" letters, "Amended Agreement" letters, and "Termination" letters according to the client's service order / demob. Letters.
Maintaining the necessary updates for the ERP system and the Manpower sheet on daily basis.
Maintaining the leave plan/records and controlling original passports of the H.O. staff.
Processing and calculating EOSB, leave salaries, and air tickets for all employees (including the H.O. staff of Spark Est., Spark Trading, and Four Seasons).
Making the provision of EOSB, leave salaries, and air tickets, as and when required.
Supervising/controlling the PR section transactions.
Handling the CICPA permits, AD Ports passes, and any other passes transactions
Applying for new LOAs or renewals.
Following up the risky expiry dates and deadlines of all passes and LOAs, and taking action on time.
Maintaining the transactions' cash, and preparing the monthly transactions report.
Helping the contracts dept., as and when required, in preparing the Arabic tenders documents.
Liaising with staff, clients, suppliers, etc., as and when required.
Controlling documents and arranging/maintaining all the personnel files and manual filing system.
Handling the management and clients' information securely, and confidentially.
Ensures that professional image of the organization is maintained in all external liaisons.
Replacing/relieving any of the HR department staff as and when required.
