• Meeting and calling the clients including both the business customers and residential consumers, fix appointments, get them familiar with the new technology move to Giga-bit capable Passive Optical Network
• Optical fiber Cable installation, splicing using mini4s arc fusion splicer and testing the line for optimal operations

• Installing and Commissioning the Routers on customer end
• Installing equipments and commissioning the new services on Optical Network Terminal at customer end, keeping the quality installation as per Etisalat standards and customer satisfaction
• Trouble shooting the complaints registered by customer about his running services
• To keep best Customer relations as per job requirements while dealing with business or residential consumers
• Inspecting the maintenance and quality standards of equipment and company assets while visiting different sites
• Reporting for maintenance or uplifting requirements, if any
• Keeping all the records for future assistance and timely reporting them to the office as well
