Following up the risky expiry dates and deadlines of all passes and LOAs, and taking action on time.
Maintaining the transactions' cash, and preparing the monthly transactions report.
Helping the contracts dept., as and when required, in preparing the Arabic tenders documents.
Liaising with staff, clients, suppliers, etc., as and when required.
