➢ Provide technical Cisco pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/services. Pre-sales activities will also include close interaction with internal groups such as product management, marketing, R&D and post sales support.
➢ Provide competitive technical pre-sales support for different market vendors including HPE/Aruba, Juniper/Mist, Huawei, Ruckus, Extreme.. etc.
➢ Act as a technical resource to the Enterprise team for all technical pre sales activities and product related inquiries including switching, Routing, SDA, SDWAN.
➢ Act as a technical resource to the IoT projects including Cisco Industrial switches & routers, Wireless/Fluidmesh, Industrial Security/Cybervision, MV Cameras & smart cities.
➢ Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues alike.
➢ Engage directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities.
➢ Engage with Sales team to participate in conference/TP calls with partners for opportunity & synergy discussions.
➢ Qualify a deal based on the Bill or Material, RFP and customer requirements.
➢ Help with Competitive analysis including Cisco/Competitors positioning and BoMs, competitive RFP support, 3rd party reports.
➢ Educate field sales staff on technical capabilities and features of proposed products compared to competitors.
➢ Compare and differentiate solutions based on features and customer business requirements.
➢ Determine gaps in Cisco products, and technical shortfalls, to continually keep Cisco on the right track to deliver leading edge viable solutions with market demand.
(3 Yrs & 5 Months) Roles and Responsibilities:
➢Manage multiple complex enterprise networks including routing, switching, wireless and voice.
➢Executes troubleshooting methodology and root-cause analysis to resolve incidents and service requests.
➢Coordinates problem resolution, creates problem record, and determines severity and prioritization classification.
➢Configures, develops, integrates, implements and regularly maintains network solutions.
➢Supports implementation/deployment of network enhancements or new network designs.
➢Establishes and enforces guidelines related to network use.
➢Implement full wireless solution for Injazat HQ.
➢Monitor network performance through NMMi & PRTG.
➢Follow ITIL in processing requests and incidents with applying change management.
Maintain internal Core Network Engineering Team.
➢ Conduct background in IP/Layer 2/Layer 3/MPLS networking, LAN/WAN and WiMAX network architecture.
➢ Create capacity planning standards and guidelines for network’s continued expansion.
➢ Extend technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting.
➢ Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services.
➢ Work in fast paced dynamic environment and under high pressure.
