1. Reporting (Missing item and order not delivered) and know the reason of missing items and why the order not received in expected date and find the suitable action with the supplier.
2. Monitor all Department and Handel with supplier.
3. Prepare purchase orders for all Departments to suppliers.
4. Follow up and ensure all orders is received in warehouse.
5. Make KVI (Safety Stock in warehouse).
6. Solve any Problem with Supplier.
7. Coordinating and controlling the order cycles and associated information system.
8. Negotiating with supplier.
