Major Responsibilities & achievements :
- Conducting several organizational diagnosis assignments and creating HR brand image through initiating various strategic interventions like: succession planning, talents mapping, manpower planning, productivity analysis, role efficacy, skill inventory and resources optimization.
- Maintaining overall program ownership for HR process (accuracy, effectiveness and timeliness) and facilitating through a process of prompt query and grievance handling all issues pertaining to employee relations.
- Streamlining the talent acquisition activity by introducing practical staffing solutions and putting in place a solid recruitment process flow ensuring the proper control and preferred results.
- Managing the workforce allocation to planned projects with a sharp control on the manpower utilization efficiency in order to achieve the highest level of resources optimization.
- Holding the driver’s seat in endorsing numerous change initiatives preparing the organization to move to the next level, like: successful implementation od JD Edwards 9.1 ERP Platform, departments restructuring, computerized manpower mobilization system.
- Actively controlling both HR and Admin budgets, Nationalization & GOSI compliance; in charge of the acquisition and service control of the company’s health insurance provider, travel agency, and food service provider.
- Addressing all local content registers in all GCC countries of operations (KSA, UAE, Kuwait and Oman like IKTIVA, ICV, BENA, LC…) and accordingly align all necessary required internal arrangements and official reporting.
- Conducted jointly with all line managers a company wide interdepartmental re-structuring and job evaluation exercise resulting a tailor-made corporate organization Grading structure in place. Supported by Hay Group team, we succeeded to assign proper compensation and benefits schemes for the structure’s 15 different job grades after many benchmarking and simulation exercises.
- Building a competency based performance appraisal model integrated with our ERP system promoting objectivity and results oriented behaviors evolved out of our Balanced Scorecard foundation reshaping a performance driven organization, while generating sequential Training Needs Analysis automated reports and mid-term performance progress updates.
- Establishing an advanced training academy majorly contributing in developing the staff technical and theoretical knowledge and capabilities, by delivering a rich blend of practical and soft skills training sessions seconded with the allied testing and certification stages approved and accredited from international training institutes. Moreover we are recently developing an E-Learning training platform with virtual training sessions and testing setup.
- Boosting employees’ engagement through driving motivational initiatives, like: Employees’ engagement survey, 360 feedback report, suggestions box, Company newsletter, operations committee, sports events.
- Developing sequential HR analytical reports, financial simulations, and project management studies to effectively monitor all HR activities taking place and proactively assess and evaluate any potential development possibility.
