Ensure the implementation of procedures and the proper functioning
Ensure coordination between LQC
Supervise lesser experienced staff assisting on quality assurance reviews.
Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
Minimize and continuously improve internal and external quality results,

Apply the required customer
Collect, analyze data, conduct meetings to develop the quality and corrective and preventive action Is thoroughly knowledgeable concerning Quality Assurance activities
Develop and implement a formal training program for Operations. Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications. Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance of audit work with departmental and professional standards.
Develop training programs based on identified needs.

Plan and conduct audits
internal (processes, systems and regulatory)
Plan and conduct audits of evaluation
and periodic follow-up sub-contracting
Responsible for the control and ultimate disposition for the final release of finished goods both to the international and domestic markets. Provides final approval of investigations.
Quality Assurance functions for plant wide systems/processes to include direct line support to production areas batch record review and release
investigations and defect resolution
Lead, facilitate and organize the activity of a team of engineers and technicians
Validate updates of Control Plans in pre-serial phase established by the NPQ (support PML)
Involve the PQM & QP in case of identified needs to change Generic Control Plans
