Site Engineer
Site Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Site supervision of:
o Steel reinforcement
o Formwork (columns, walls, retaining walls, rafts, slabs and water tanks, pits for elevators)
o Concrete pouring.
• Supervision over scaffolding installation.
• Site inspection on block works, plaster, stamp concrete and screed.
• Site inspection on ways of insulation of retaining walls and floors before installing the backfill, expansion joints in slabs and columns and insulation of roof floors (waterproofing membranes and water resistance Styrofoam).

Responsibilities:
• Communicate and follow up with Sub-contractors about project specification and their goals
• Generate invoices for Sub-contractors based on services rendered and in coordination with the Project Manager
• Prepare written estimates for the main contractor based on labor, materials, equipment and other expenses
• Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond on concerns and questions
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need
• Communicate with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients
• Evaluation of teams and workers

• Reinforcement detail drawing & Preparation of bar bending schedule.
