- Participate in the conception and the execution of the annual marketing plan for the various regions(Middle East, India, Turkey & South Africa), working closely with the Global, Sales and Business Development teams to ensure synergy and ownership
- Work very closely with the sales team to generate Marketing Qualified Leads
- Execute demand generation activities with the Marketing and Sales teams in order to create the target pipeline for each quarter
- Roll out Marketing campaigns (Emails, Webcsts, Events' Sponsorship, Events organization) to cement relationships with key accounts and generate interest from key prospects
- Run events of multiple sizes including the flagship event (MicroStrategy Symposium)
- Report on KPI's to the various teams (Local, Regional and Global) and explore ways to improve the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives
- Explore Account Based Marketing initiatives and tactics and see how they can be applied to improve pipeline generation
Develop and implement communication strategies :
- help develop, produce and manage Integrated Marketing and Communications projects
- Define, communicate and maintain action plans and follow up on the priorities of each project
- Maintain and develop outstanding relationships with different stakeholders
Develop and Manage Client-Agency Relationship:
- Curate relevant information for the client
- Ensure a high level of responsibility towards the client's objectives
- listen to the client's problems and find appropriate solutions to them
Plan and manage events:
- Produce event's concepts (Theme, Location, scenography, staffing, Visual and Sound Effects, ...)
- Communicate, through each and every step with the client to make sure requirements are
respected and met
- Supervise and ensure deadlines are respected
Development and implementation of communication strategies for public tenders:
- Development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
- Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
- Maintain and develop good client relationships
Event planning and management:
- Formulate, manage and control end-to-end project proposals, budgets, and action plans
- Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing...)
- Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery
Business Development:
- Prospect for new clients in the private sector
- Maintain a relevant business intelligence
- Generate new business deals for the agency
Provide Marketing and Advertising Agencies with integrated marketing communications plans
for their respective projects, tenders and bids:
- Blogger and influencer outreach and collaboration to promote innovative content
- Thoroughly manage technical, financial and creative requirements
- Ensure a creative benchmark analysis for prospective campaigns
- Establish communication strategies / Segmentation analysis / Positioning research / Action Plan
Development
- Establish the specifications with the clients
- Prepare schedules and communicate them to all stakeholders
- Establish a quality standard and maintain it
- Participate in brainstorming and come up with new leads for clients
- Follow-up of all the Integrated Marketing Communication process - from brief reception to delivery
- Present the different proposals to the customers
- Follow up with the artistic team
- Maintain team cohesion in order to obtain the best results as soon as possible
- Liaise with clients and third parties for production work on events
- Seek opportunities for brand exposure through strategic partnerships with brands and events.
- Organize photo-shoots and enforce publications' guidelines
- Adapt global communications content to regional requirements
- Manage the publication’s budget through cost-efficient opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and PR agencies.
- Monitor social media and online content daily; provided analysis reports to management
- Prepare creative benchmark analysis for prospective campaigns
Help create and establish the "WIN FleetManager" brand
- Participate in the monitoring of the Marketing Strategy and the brand Image
- Position the company as its clients partner in a growing market of new technoligies
