Responsibilities:
• Design and implement customer projects (enhancement and expansion services).
• Perform complex configuration, troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and management software installation.

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering Areas of study: Data communication, Information security, LAN/MAN networks, Computer programming languages (Java, C, Assembly, SQL), Operating System, Computer architecture. Major courses: Data and Computer Communication, Computer Networks Course, Operating Systems, System Design Laboratory. Elective courses: Database System, Information Security, and Local Area Networks.
