Plan, budgeting, monitoring and control all activities related to map of middle east countries with supporting the lead of 11 team members and more than 20, 000 man hours budget per year in production centers.
•Submit weekly report to higher management for all team members’ activities and production progress.
•Coordinated 12 projects with production center to update 100, 000 Km of detailed cities in the gulf countries resulting in the creation of clearer maps for a population of over 30 million residents.
•Coordinated 5 advance projects with production center to implement high definition maps for four main cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ankara, and Istanbul) to provide maps for connected cars.
•Monitored and controlled all activities related to aerials, maps, and points of interest in Pakistan country with leading two employees and more than 3, 000 man hours budget per year in production center.
•Led a project to update 10, 000 Km of highways roads in Pakistan database content within six months.
•Coordinated with production center to update 11, 000 Km of detailed cities in the Punjab province resulting in the creation of clearer maps for a population of over 93 million residents.
Monitor and control full-cycle projects educating end-user on correct lane guidance functionality of the road ahead.
•Identified the key resources and provided the direction required for meeting the project objectives.
•Led a project with production center to update 20, 000 Km of Extended Lane content in Ankara, Istanbul and Adana to provide lanes guidance for connected cars.
•Successfully coordinated the projects for cities (Kuwait city, Amman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Casablanca, Marrakesh, Riyadh) to improve an end user’s navigation experience by guiding the driver through lanes, alerting the driver of upcoming lane changes, and showing the driver which lane(s) to use.
•Participated in HERE innovation program and submitted 14 productive ideas for projects like extended lane, detailed cities, Community, and tools improvements. Five of these ideas under investigation by product management team.
Ensure quality and ISO process and procedures are adopted by HERE employees. Enforce quality standard of all database creation, updating and content integration projects.
•Achieved ISO 9001 certification for the HERE Dubai Offices in 2012 and 2014.
•Implemented 8D and root cause analysis process for three main projects in MENA region to improve our customers’ satisfaction in 2011, 2013, 2016.
•Implemented company quality process redesign impacting over 50 employees in four country offices across the MENA region in 2015.
•Applied QA activities including test execution, error reporting, analysis, troubleshooting defects and error verification across MENA region.
•Monitored and maintained quality metrics (KPIs) of product and internal processes.
•Supported Quality Improvement Projects with stakeholders ensuring long-term sustainable solutions are developed & implemented.
•Led a quality competitive analysis for database content between HERE, Google and Tom Tom companies for cities like Doha, Amman, and Al Rayan to get better understanding about the weakness, strength and gap in HERE map.

Led a GIS & Surveying team with 9 employees for water replacement project
Contact by weekly, monthly meeting with consultant and projects owner. Coordinated with sites and project engineers for prepare the daily, weekly, monthly report of progress. Reported to the Head office our monthly invoice reports for water network projects.
•Executed GTC106 project in Qatar valued at 76 Mill QAR and extended to over 300km of water network.
•Approved the GIS maps, invoices reports and surveyor allocation on numerous projects valued at over 200 Mill QAR in water maintenance networks.
Evaluating the GIS network accuracy by testing it with using GPS device, editing old GPS maps by using ArcGIS Editor and update it to be more accurate.
•Completed the GIS roads network for Amman city to be used for tracking system of 270 cars of Jordan Electric Power Company.
•Tracked system installation with server and maps’ support with 12 employees covering territories such as Jordan, Sudan, and KSA.
GIS Training for water network system in Northern Governorates Water Autherity, as a university training, February 2007-May 2007 Jordan.
Training for to transfer data from the coverage system to GEO DATA BASE SYATEM.
