MEP works site supervision.
Site coordination with other trades.
Monitor the performance of site team and subcontractors.
Follow the subcontractor activities as per project master plan.
Prepare work schedule & sequence of activities
Supervise and advise site team work on daily basis.
Arrange the material request for MEP works. Management reporting.
Tests and inspections.
O&M manuals, method statement and T&C of the entire MEP works.
Draft weekly schedule, monthly schedule, material, labor requirement, and equipments.
• Engineering, erection testing & commissioning of MEP works.
• Supervise and advise site team work on daily basis.
• Draft weekly schedule, monthly schedule, material, labor requirement, and equipment per the project master plan.
• Investigate damage, accidents or delay at the site to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
• Monitor the performance of site team and subcontractors to ensure the complete following of safety rules.
• Confirm with technical department to discuss and resolve matters such as shop drawing, method of statement and construction problems.
• Follow work activity in site with team work.
• Coordinate between technical office and the site team.
