Responsible for facilitating visibility of early demand in IMEA region. Serve as the escalation point for the region. ensure all bid packs are approved, that all resource requests are entered as required and maintained, and that they have all critical information to be able to source appropriate resources early in the demand cycle. Responsible for providing Resource and Demand Planning Management metrics and analytics to leadership whereby partnering with leadership to meet strategic business goals.
• Partner with Business Leadership and Sales, ensure effective use of demand planning and capacity planning tools and assist management team (sales and business) in maintaining visibility to early demand and identifying specific areas of coverage for specified skills or identify skill gaps
• Escalation point for billable soft-bookings as early demand within assigned product area or business, for early demand this will be more focused on needs for specific consultants who may already have the maximum soft-bookings. Facilitate escalation discussions with practice management, sales and resource planners
Ensure resolution is identified and all parties have been notified and are in agreement with decided resolution
• Demand Planning Processes, execute continuous improvement processes and practices
Accountable for RMO’s performance against strategic goals and initiatives
Manage efforts in ensuring compliance with Rules of Engagement (ROE)/KPIs for Demand Planning and the Resource Management staffing tool (Polaris)
Lead resource management from both a demand and supply perspective as a member of the Resource Management (RM) team to ensure that the Egypt and MEMA business is discharged to optimize available resources (both internal and external) and that cost effective resourcing solutions are chosen in align with company strategic direction.
• Ensures all resource planning and assignment activities are performed in adherence to the HPE process guidelines/standards: Works with Resource brokers to ensures resource searches are performed in an order that aligns to the company workforce placement guidelines, and to ensure that availability resources are identified for each unmet position and are soft booked/committed resources according to the demand signal
• Builds good excellent relationships with Delivery Managers, Project Managers Cluster D&S managers and Bus Ops managers to ensure resourcing activities run smoothly/efficiently: Monitors weekly resource reports to see trends and issues, and actively participates in procedures aligned to maximise resource utilisation and optimise bench
• Ensures timely alignment/integration of data from all Resource repositories
• Understands associated external resource tools and supports Delivery Managers/Project Managers to recruit staff via these tools
• Supports the approvals process for external hires
• Escalates issues when deemed appropriate (labour strategy, proposed resources rejected, etc.)
• Works closely with the Egypt Business Ops lead to ensure appropriate demand is directed to Egypt GDC to grow the operation in line with annual targets

Drive project execution; Drive projects (according to Project Category sheet: Very / Small work, Small Project, and Project), Track project activities and milestones, Manage changes, Monitor project plan, Drive risk management, Report project progress internally and to customer, Hand over project deliverables and Summarize project learning’s.
Manage project finance; Ensure that project structure in the financial system is in place, Ensure regular monitoring of financial results, Ensure cash flow & margin monitoring, Ensure that invoicing to customer is according to plan and Ensure timely financial closure.
Business Development; Identify pain and gain factors for customer, Build business awareness in project for the project team, Drive profit improvement activities (e.g. Add on Sales and Cost Saving).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reports for Rolls-Royce Account, assisting with the development of new reports and processes as business needs demand
Assisting with governance activities; ensuring these projects are then set up correctly within the EPMO’s Reporting and Governance Framework is included
Provide financial assistance in tracking the financial spend of the overall EPMO, assisting with the creation of associated financial outlooks. Where necessary assist with the generation of EPMO manual invoices.
Support the Project Management Office to provide financial outlooks, Submission and approval of Invoices with Rolls-Royce Account. Manage and collate schedule and cost information from the Project Streams to determine overall Project SPI and CPI
Manage change in line with the Project’s Change Control procedures. Performing Risk Management Activities and Risk Control
Hyperion Products Expert (SDE / Implementation & Configuration / Admin).
Manage Customer Hyperion projects on implementation phase and execute all installation and configuration tasks.
Managing several Customer Projects and Orange tools
Proactively detect all incidents on IT Services, platforms and services for Satellite Connections
