- Following up the inventory turnover and slow moving products also taking redistribution and promotions decisions
- Increasing the base of suppliers, developing the relationships with them, evaluating performance levels and negotiating with them to increase discount rates, payment terms and credit limits
- Following up the supplier accounts with the accounting department to ensure of the payment according the terms and achieving the mutual benefits
- Setting the inventory structures and the purchasing plans for the new stores also train the franchise owners and employees for the stock management
