• Participate in the preparation and review of the strategic plan and quality objectives of the company, in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Provide feedback on the performance of the quality system to management to make appropriate decisions.
• Preparation and maintenance of Quality manual, procedures work instruction, job description, inspection & test plans and monitoring their implementation.
• Introducing new testing methods for new equipment and writing the work instructions for new equipment and products.
• Execute Management review meeting and submit reports of the effectiveness of the quality management system with continuous improvement plan to the top management.
• Review and make sure the procedures harmony with the best documentation practices and ensure compatibility with company’s procedures.
• Participate in process re-engineering to identify current and future operations, the main and subsidiary operations.
• Ensure coordination with outside bodies and consultants in regard of issues related to quality and excellence..
• Encourage the awareness and knowledge of quality management systems and best management practices in the organization.
• Conduct ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 and ISO 45001 training and, root cause analysis training quality training and promote quality culture within the organization.
• Benchmark the company’s manufacturing operations to the best practices and align them to the six sigma, ISO standards, Kaizen, 6S, lean management and other quality standards to be followed.
• Promote implementation of improvement programs like KAIZEN
• Develop plans for health and occupational safety and follow-up implementation of the plans and take all corrective actions.
• Lead continues Improvement Programs to reduce customer complaint, waste and line rejection.
• Handling customer complaints in coordination with all other departments and follow up of implementation of related corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyzing of non-conformities, customer complaints and rework materials then suggesting the proper corrective /preventive actions to prevent the occurrence/ reoccurrence of problems.
• Analysis of product assembly line defects by collecting data at inspection stages / daily audits by applying various Statistical QC techniques.
• Developing and implementing of Product Assurance programs and the quality system to prevent / eliminate the defects through the coordination with all section to resolve the problems regarding the product design and manufacturing.
• Promote Risk based thinking and work with other departments to decide actions to address risk and plans reduce / eliminate risks
• Liaising with external certification bodies and internal parties for developing, establishing, implementing and maintaining Quality Management System conforming to ISO 9001 standard, Environmental Management System ISO 14001 and Health & safety Management System ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 in Zamil Air Conditioners and Laboratories Management Systems - ISO 17025 In testing laboratories )
• Championing Corrective & Preventive action meeting to review effective implementation of corrective action on process and production line defects / failures and ensure continuous improvement.
• Work with Saudi Standards (SASO) to get required certification for company products
• Work with ESMA (Emirates) and EWA (Bahrain) and KAHRAMAA (Qatar), Oman and Kuwait certification agencies to get product certification for performance and safety
• Member on committee that prepared HVAC
• Monitoring and evaluating vendor performance, work with vendors to establish improvement programs to improve quality.
• Performance testing lab (IKHTEBAR1 and IKHTEBAR2) Quality Manager.
1. Deputy of Quality Assurance Manager:
- Developing and implementing of Product Assurance programs and the quality system to prevent / eliminate the defects through the coordination with all section to resolve the problems regarding the product design and manufacturing.
- Introducing new testing methods for new equipments and writing the work instructions for new equipment.
- Analyzing of non-conformities, customer complaints and rework materials then Suggesting the proper corrective /preventive actions to prevent the occurrence/ reoccurrence of problems
- Assets functional managers to define and follow up the quality objectives.
2. Quality Assurance Engineer :
- In process and final inspection (electrical and mechanical tests) of A/C equipments (Chillers, Packages, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Condensing Unit, Etc.)
- Performing Run Test Of A/C units
- Analyzing Troubleshooting or malfunction of units and contributing to their solutions.
3. Internal Quality Auditor ( Quality Management System )
- Planning, scheduling and conducting Internal Quality Audits of ISO 9001.
4. Environmental Management System Internal Auditor ISO 14001.
- Conducting Environmental Audit for ISO 14001 system.
- Monitoring of Environmental and safety aspects.
- Define and follow up of environmental objectives and programs.
5. Calibration Officer ( in the period of 5/2001 to 12/2001)
- Calibration and maintenance of all inspection, measuring and test equipment used in the company (Air flow meters, tachometers, anemometers, manometers Voltmeters, ammeters, pressure gages, thermometers, balances.. etc.)
- Coordination with external calibration bodies to calibrate measuring instruments.
1. Quality Department Head:
- Introducing new testing methods for new equipments and writing the work instructions for new equipment and products.
- Analyzing of non-conformities, customer complaints and rework materials then suggesting the proper corrective /preventive actions to prevent the occurrence/ reoccurrence of problems.
- Manage a staff of 4 inspectors performing inspection and testing activities.
- In process and final inspection of company products.
2. Quality Management representative/ Internal Quality Auditor:
- Planning, scheduling, executing and conducting Internal Quality Audits of ISO 9001.
- Conducting ISO 9001 orientation training and Quality Management Training for employees.
- Conducting Management Review Meeting and submits Quality Management System Review Reports to Senior Management.
3. Calibration Officer:
- Calibration and maintenance of all inspection, measuring and test.
- Site Mechanical Engineer : follow up executing all mechanical works
