I have industry work experience of five years at New Product Industries Company Limited (Neproplast) as Assistant Finance Manager. Neproplast produce the plastic pipes and fittings for water drainage, pressure pipes and COD etc.
My job responsibilities are as follows:
• Presentation of Monthly & Annual Financial Statements & other management reports to CFO

• Ensuring timely monthly closing of accounts including reconciliation of payables, receivables & banks, recording of all expenses (Paid or Payable) and Income (Received & Receivable), advances adjustments etc

• Preparation of Annual Budgets of the company in coordination of all departments keeping in view the past trends, inflation, future prospective & other ancillary matters

• Regulating actual spending & revenue streams with the budgets allocated & targeted revenue, investigating significant fluctuations & reporting to CFO

• Forecasting cash flow needs of the company keeping in view the new CAPEX items to be purchased by the company & coordinating with bankers & shareholders to meet the shortfall of cash & bank balances

• Liaison with the bankers for short term and long term loan financing, letter of credits & day to day operations of the company;
• Reviewing the inventory costing and monthly counting variances;
• Reviewing the fixed assets register and additions, disposal and depreciation.
• Filing the monthly VAT return and WHT statement to Zakat Department.

Treasury in Charge who preparing the cash flow
forecasts and monitoring the invoicing to customers and collection schedule, Preparing and following up for documentation related to import, letter of credits, etc. Submitting information to banks related to existing loans and bank accounts, Updating the status of loan facilities. Banks and loans reconciliations

Inventory Accountant who monitor the movement of inventory, including receiving, delivery, loading processes, also making inventory every quarter for all warehouse
