-Part of the large-scale digital transformation project management team for IT Infrastructure & Corporate Banking at HQ AUB.
-The Role is more of a Program Manager where I am managing over 15 concurrent projects some with multiple teams across multiple locations, (Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, UK, Libya Kuwait).

-Closed Projects Include: Fraud Management System, VAM Virtual Account Maintenance and Liquidity Management project.

-Setup project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals, maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports. -Ensured Project Objectives are delivered as per agreed and approved scope and timeline.
-Facilitate, initiate meetings, raise issues, risks and showstoppers to sponsor and concerned stakeholders for action.
-Highlight problems, identify fast track, or crashing on critical projects, prepare issue logs and maintain risk register.
-Attend bi-weekly huddles, backlog discussions, prepare burndown charts as well implement agile mythology and update Jira.
