-Part of the large-scale digital transformation project management team for IT Infrastructure & Corporate Banking at HQ AUB.
-The Role is more of a Program Manager where I am managing over 15 concurrent projects some with multiple teams across multiple locations, (Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, UK, Libya Kuwait).
-Engaged in Cloud Automation, Unified Communications Integration of MS Teams to CISCO, Infrastructure Automation, Checkpoint Tech Refresh, Database Managed Services, Datacenter Expansion and Database Assessment and Management Services, DR & Prod Storage Upgrade, GMPLS, Nutanix Server Upgrades and Windows OS Upgrades etc….
-Work closely with category A vendors such as GBM, Al Moayyed, IWorld, AWS etc.. to build strong trust and relationships to ensure smooth delivery of projects across the MENA region for AUB.
