Configured Consumption Based Planning with separate PR document type, MRP Areas and MRP
Controllers.
Implement subcontracting process in the company for the traceability of materials that are being
transferred to vendor location.
Configured within Plant Stock Transport Order.
Projects:
1) With a team of in-house consultants, I managed the SAP rollout project on the new plant. I was in charge of configuring the SAP PP, MM, and QM modules. By implementing SAP in-house, my team saved Rs. 5 million.
2) Abstract, design and get developed Prouction Portal with the assistance of .NET developers for the digitalization of Production Log sheets. The portal is also integrated with SAP.
3) Initiated a SAP integration Project for the creation of automatic process order, order confirmation & Good Receipt from the Production portal.
4) PowerBI dashboard for the real time monitoring of production KPIs of Steel Plant.
5) Implemented a new weighbridge software in the company which was designed and developed in close collaboration with an external provider.
6) Abstract, design and get developed Gate Pass mechanism with verification procedure to track the material.
7) Abstract, design and get developed new material code opening form in SAP with customize workflow.
Member of SAP Steering committee as SAP PP, MM, PM & QM Lead, have suggested improvements and controls for better useability of the system.

1) Managed the implementation of SAP PM module at Dhabeji Plant as SAP PM Project Manager. The Project was implemented by the in-house team. Have managed a team of 10 people.
2) Involved in the development of Operations MIS Mobile Application as SAP PP Lead.
Implementation of Business Process Controls and Enhancements via SAP Functional Configurational
activities.
Change Management of existing configured processes in SAP and functionalities of SAP applications.
Deliver expert level and end-user training of SAP applications to internal customers, peers, and subordinates.
Handle overall operation and troubleshooting of PP, MM, and QM module on 3 Plants for smooth operation.
Prepare reports through SAP and monthly reconciliation of physical and SAP inventory of Raw material and
finish product.
Prepare the Master Data for PP Module (BOMs, Production Version, Master Recipe, PI Sheets & Resources).
I have also worked on Material Master for MM module and Master data of QM module (MIC's, Inspection Plan, Sampling Procedure and Defect Catalogs).
Preparation & responsible for User Acceptance Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Preparation and Management of Master Data of PP, MM and QM Module.
Worked closely with SAP development team to evaluate alignment of enhancement and proposed solutions with business requirements. Coordinated support of SAP systems across multiple locations.
Analyze the requirements of end-users and translate them into SAP terminologies.
