Responsibilities -
Responsible for setting up and maintenance of Linux servers for various purposes such as web servers, mail servers and DNS servers etc.
Worked as a Systems Administrator for the company. I was responsible for managing all their servers and the
smooth functioning of the company's website by keeping it regularly updated, as well as WHMCS management,
and customer service. Moreover, the company supported many schools throughout South Africa and used
openEMIS to manage those school. I setup and maintained the whole project for the organiz ation.
• Work as a system administrator.
• Responsible for setting up servers with OpenVZ virtualization technology.
• Setting up servers for customers, the way they request.
• Responsible for fixing any problems that may arise in servers.
• Responsible for providing customer service support to customers.
Responsible for setting up servers and maintaining them. Also responsible setting up online AA meetings and occasionally providing motivational speeches during the conferences.
My PhD course is on-going and is expected to be completed by 2018. InshaAllah.
