Attending and providing information to calls/staff enquiries

Coordinating with manpower supply companies and foreign agencies to fulfill company’s work force requirements.
Scheduling & coordinating meetings & interviews
Preparing, checking, updating & maintaining employee files, employee database & ERP/HRIS system
Handling Employee Relations, grievances, Workmen compensation & benefits and dealing with Insurance brokers
Updating & implementing company policies & procedures

Coordinating labor camp, employee transportation arrangements and vehicle maintenance operations
Requesting office supplies & Maintaining office supplies inventory
Conduct preliminary interviews and screening candidates
Manage on/off boarding process
Conduct induction & Orientation for new employees
Facilitate the performance management process
Prepare, check, update & maintain employee files, employee database & ERP/HRIS system
Update and implement company policies, practices, procedures & systems
Monitor attendances, prepare leave settlements, End of Service (gratuity) settlements and correspondence
Liaise with PRO in all matters regarding immigration and mobilization requirements and all employee relation issues
Process monthly payroll details (WPS)
Coordination between all departments, staff and customers
