1- HR Processes: Created and established all the HR processes along with SOPs and relevant forms and documents
2- Restructured the HR Department: classified the HR department into specialized section (recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance and personnel) following up each section for the assigned tasks and set targets.
3- Founded a new Career leveling system
4- Performance Appraisal: Initiated a new performance appraisal system based on the career level
5- Salary Scheme: Created new Salary Scheme based on job evaluation, along with a new salary grading system.
6- Benefits Plan: Founded a benefits plan with different providers in various sectors
7- Job Codding System: innovated a job codding system, where all requirements, specifications, career levels are set based on job needs
8- Established a career development plan (ladder) for each position.
9- Created a new monitoring system for monitoring the private medical insurance utilization, and spotting out any sort of abuse.
