1- HR Processes: Created and established all the HR processes along with SOPs and relevant forms and documents
2- Restructured the HR Department: classified the HR department into specialized section (recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance and personnel) following up each section for the assigned tasks and set targets.

Assist in offering customer the right product along with the optimum logistic solution in collaboration with the handling department
Adhering to company pricing while being aware of market changes and being able to offer adhoc prices
Handling claims and after sales customer requests
