The Key Scope of Unify Application is an Integrated call center application in which CSRs and Supervisors respond to Online Members queries either and requests through Online Channels Phone/chat or Offline channels Email -Inbound or Web form Inbound.
CSR get assigned SRs automatically based on their staffgroup abilities. They maintain lifecycle of Service requests and
Activities by submitting effective resolutions to customer/member queries.
