Ensure to help identify training needs for supervised staff to meet job requirement and effective performance and advise designated line manager.
Prepare the recruitment and saudization report to division managers
Supervise a central recruitment team.
Prepare the supply plan in order to achieve the team’s goals.
Having a good relationship with internal customers.
Select the suitable source channel based on the targeted candidates.
Monitor and maintain the weekly status reports of the team.
Coach and train the recruitment new team members.
Participate in setting the department objectives.
Manage other development assignments.
Maximize the service level of providing the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements of the division
Sourcing the right candidate by complying and adhering to company polices and procedures in the area of recruitment & selection to meet standards of quality performance.
Coordination of the Interview process by interacting with the functional heads to recruit the right candidate for the job.
Updating the recruitment status by interacting with the internal and external consultants to ensure timely information
