Leading a $38M customized leadership development program for the Kuwait Petroleum Company called K-Lead, a project that is part of their strategic plan and involves training the top 300 executives in the Kuwait Oil Sector.


Responsibilities/Achievements:

- Managing all R&D functions from introduction to delivery, evaluating the contractual scope of work and overseeing the selection, ordering and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the project.

- Work with vendors on the design of the final deliverables.

- Accountable for ensuring all deliverables are on time, within budget and of the highest quality.

- Consult and make recommendations to streamline departmental processes.

- Utilize well-developed written communication skills to create and maintain complete project documentation.

- Evaluate project specifications and participate directly in feasibility studies for new project opportunities.
