Leading a $38M customized leadership development program for the Kuwait Petroleum Company called K-Lead, a project that is part of their strategic plan and involves training the top 300 executives in the Kuwait Oil Sector.
Responsibilities/Achievements:
- Managing all R&D functions from introduction to delivery, evaluating the contractual scope of work and overseeing the selection, ordering and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the project.
- Work with vendors on the design of the final deliverables.

- Co-Founded and established the company, managed day-to-day operations, sourcing products from multiple international vendors, managing the supply chain and overseeing inventory.
- Collaborated with a branding agency to develop unique brand identity and market positioning, improving brand awareness and status.
- Planned and managed all aspects of the brand launch event in addition to serving as spokesperson for the social media teaser campaign and local publication interviews.
