1- Coordination with the Site Engineer to know the conditions of the site for the possibility of proper planning of expected completion rates of work
2-Make detailed time schedule for the rates of completion of the items for all the projects of the company
3-Periodical follow-up of projects during work in order to make the necessary updates and adjustments to the time schedules
4-Follow up the performance of the subcontractors during the execution process to determine their compliance with the terms of the time schedule
5-Help to finding solutions to compensate for delays in schedules if it happen
