-Extensive knowledge of security risk assessment, auditing methodology and security management.

-- Creating, configuring cloud compute nodes on AWS.

enterprise systems. Implement communications protocols and solutions with various global teams to
identify and proactively resolve issues causing delays or performance degradation for client services.
-Strong knowledge of the mobile telecom, service provider market, mobile operator service layer
infrastructure in addition to in-depth technical understanding of GSM, mobile VAS, LTE and IMS
Technology.
System administrator experience in multiplatform Unix and Linux environments, with hands-on
expertise in networking, scripting, and systems integration.
-Strong understanding of IP network services and protocols.
-Direct experience in designing highly-available geo-redundant load-balancing solutions.
- Planning, design, rollout and support of F5 products (LTM, DNS, ASM and APM).
- Design, Implement and configure FortiNet products (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiWeb and
FortiAnalyzer).
- Provide Customer VAS/IN systems with 1st & 2nd level support on a 24/7 basis.
- Primary responsibilities were Charging Gateway, OTA, F5, Infoblox DNS and SW/HW troubleshooting.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server
resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
-Identify, quantify and follow up issues likely to cause risk to the applications and systems
Perform backup operations, ensuring all required data files system are successfully backed up
to the appropriate media.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers that have various levels of technical
expertise.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- General knowledge of GSM concepts, signaling and data transfer protocols.
- Successful Agile Computer Engineer in telecommunications arena including IN/VAS systems
experience.
- Attained Shell Scripting ability.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues to provide solutions.
