I been handling or supervising two departments at Lolya Jewellery Manufacturing
CNC department:
• Operated CNC Machines - Palakalip makines (Turkey), Faro (Italy), and Zone creative.
• Designing of various jewelry items including Balls, Pendants, Gold plates, Bangles, Wires and Pipes cuttings and Ball chain cuttings.
• Utilizing Pigeraco Gold and AutoCAD software to create designs and generate .cnc codes
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure precision and accuracy in CNC machining process.
• Managing a team of 6 individuals and coordinating night and day shifts.
• Providing guidance, mentorship and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• As a team leader, distributing the amount of work with proper plannings in order to make work faster and manage time.
• Trained new team members on CNC machine operation, design software usage and safety protocols.
• Collaborating with department supervisors to streamline processes, improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
• Conducting daily inventory at the end of the day, to find out the loss of a particular day, ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
Maintenance:
• Conducted routine maintenance on compressors, nitrogen, and hydro-oxy machines, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Diagnosed and resolved mechanical and electrical issues on various machines, including troubleshooting and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
•Collaborated with maintenance team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures, enhancing equipment reliability and minimizing potential breakdowns.
• Maintained accurate maintenance records and documentation, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory logs, to track maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Worked in a quick service bay as an Intern.
• The work on that bay was of making service like changing of Air filter, oil filter, AC filter, Engine oil, clutch plates, brake pads, wheel alignment, wheel balancing.
• Solving the minor problems of a car through VAS software and solving the problems that are listed in the Job card.
• Making a final inception before handling the car to the customer.
• Worked as an intern in the different streams of an automobile basics as in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
• Changing of Engine oil, Air filter, oil filter, AC filter, clutch plates, brake pads.
• Balancing the wheel with the zinc weight. And doing wheel alignment.
• Finding the problems through VAS software and then solving it with the help of Elsa Pro software.
