1. Pre Commissioning & Commissioning of Fuel gas station. 2. Testing of Switch yard primary equipment (CT, CVT, CB, DS, Surge Arrester & Busbar. 3. Testing of Protection relays ( Distance, over current earth fault, Line differential, Transformer protection, Generator protection, Stub protection, Low impedance bus bar protection & breaker failure. 4. Scheme verification of 220 KV bays one & half scheme. 5. Local & remote operation & interlock check.

• Preparing detail shutdown plan as per NPCC & Wapda instruction.
• Commissioning of 132/220KV bay one and half breaker scheme.
• Commissioning of AC/DC system including battery bank.
• Preparing secondary integration drawing for shifting old scheme to new scheme.
• Preparing testing protocol as per contract requirement.
• Configuration, testing & commissioning of protection relays.

• Perform AC/DC load flow analysis, Optimal power flow, Unbalance power flow, short circuit analysis, relays coordination, Arc flash analysis, Optimal capacitor placement, grounding grid system, motor acceleration, Harmonic study, DG system study, Renewable energy system (Solar & Wind) Study & transient study on ETAP12.6, ETAP18 & ETAP19.
• Perform service tasks like Installation & commissioning, trouble shooting & routine
maintenance independently.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintain a good relationship with customers. Identify new sales opportunity and contribute internally. Submit site visit report for invoice generation immediately after visit.
• Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed.
• Handling the customer for non-confirmation reports / pending item list.
• Maintaining the documentation (red mark drawings, as delivered / as built, software back up) timely.
• Supervising safety regulations on-site as per OHS safety instruction & policy. Ensuring coordination with H&S responsible person on site. Reporting unsafe practices and incidents.

• Testing & commissioning of ELK-04 ABB GIS (132KV), ZX2 ABB GIS (34.5 KV), ZS1 ABB AIS (4.16 KV), Power /Vac Metal clad GE (13.8 KV), AKD-20 low voltage GE (480V), Pix metal clad Schneider Electric (13.8KV), blokset Schneider Electric (480V), Okken schneider electric (480V), UNIGEAR ZS1 ABB (13.8KV) switchgear.
• Testing & commissioning of Limitamp GE (4.16 KV), Evoloution series 900 GE (480V), MSN ABB (480V) MCC.
• Testing of CT, VT, Circuit breaker, contactor, SF6, Bus bar, interlock & functional test.
• Primary Injection for 13.8 KV, 4.16 KV & 480V Switchgear.
• Perfrom stability test for 15/30 MVA three winding HHI transformer.
• Perform stability test for 132 KV line with 145 MVA transformer.
• Testing & commissioning Hyundia power transformer 80 MVA & 60 MVA.
• Testing & commissioning of RTCC (Remote tape changer control) for Hyundia transformer.
• Commissioning of Induction (8 MW) & synchornes motor (20 MW) with GE supervisor.
• Commissioning of Hermetic Pump & WEG motors.
• Perform communicaiton and function test with DCS through profibus SPA ZC302
• PSA/PMS & SCADA testing & commissioning.
• Testing & Configuration of below protection Relays.
1. Feeder Protection Relays: SEL751, SEL451, REF542 Plus, REF541, REF615, REF630, REC 670, Micom141 & VMP255.
2. Motor Protetion Relays: SEL710, REF542 Plus, REM543, REM615, REM620, Schneider LTMR & Micom241.
3. Transformer Protection Relays: SEL787, SEL487E, RET620 & RET630.
4. Line Protection Relays : SEL411L, Micom543, RED615 & RED670.
5. Bus Bar differentional Relays: SEL587Z.

• Provide technical assistants during and after the assembling & installation of power generator set as per the Quality control procedure (QCP), approved drawings, specifications and local authorities’ regulations. Act as a focal point to the Client.
• Visual inspection of Alternator (Stamford) & Engine (John Deere, Volvo Penta).
• Generator main winding resistance & excitation winding resistance test, Main statar insulation test, testing of AVR & Rectifier circuit (Diods & Varistor).
