• Ensure QHSE standards are met by field and office teams.
• Prepare regular reports on performance of different teams and efficacy of teams
• Ensure employees have proper training through preparation of regular courses and seminars
• Project Management through providing designs for Vodafone links and MDUs and seek tenders and prepare for them

• Supervise field teams to ensure QHSE standards are met as per Oman Broadband contract. Site visits to resolve technical issues
NAP/FDH/CAP sides.
• Invoice Management for different work orders and projects including SDU/MDU/Vodafone links and other major projects and submit to
finance team or Oman Broadband.

• FTTH order management: This included setting appointment with clients, providing technical support to field team on locations of
NAPs/FDHs and other FTTH network related items. In addition to preparing network design for MDUs.
• Fixing PON not Stable cases using CRM and WFM systems provided by Oman BroadBand Company and providing them with regular
updates through Email and phone

• Fibre Optec installation management and processes FTTH (POP, FDH, NAP, CAP)
• Bridge between SD Project team and Contractors and ensure meeting the goals of completed orders per day by Managing contractor
(Assign orders, visit sites, approve civil work, resolve problematic cases).
