Responsibilities:
•Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
•Develop new and fresh strategies to respond to high-volume client concerns and meet budget guidelines
•Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
•Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the customer.
•Analyse market and customer’s needs, and develop account strategies
•Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options
•Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Contribute towards the expansion of the business by identifying and selling prospects andmaintaining relationships with clients
Responsibilities:
•Managing effective customer relationships
•Identify prospective customers and guide warm leads through the sales cycle by visiting sites and offices and regular meetings with business directors
•Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions
•Making sales calls and handling enquiries from potential prospects
•Ensuring that products and services are supplied to customers on time
•Forwarding invoices and follow-up payment collections as per payment terms
Accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; as well as implementing sales plans
Responsibilities:
•Manage accounts, meet and exceed business targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
with administrators, deans and directors on appropriate communication programs, providing counsel andexpertise towards their business development
