Participate in the design and full implementation of Management control system (MCS) "processes working practices, technology, and reporting" of a major operational performance improvement program that delivered comprehensive range of project and construction management enhancements
- Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project site.
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications as well as safety are being met.
- coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and laborers involved in the project.
- Setting up the sequence of work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
- Resolving technical issues arising, if any, during execution of work.
- Trained two junior engineers as site engineer with providing a healthy and safe environment.
- Prepare Seven Month Training plan with coordination of my supervisor.
- Participated to work for four months in different departments of the project in order to understand the interrelationship of each department
- Assigned to follow four structural activities like (Raised pavement, staircase and waterproofing work).
- Prepare daily training report to my construction manager
