Financial Controller:
• Managing all finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee all company accounts and investments.
• Overseeing and preparing income statements.
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

• Defends budget recommendations and developing a final budgetary agreement with management.
• Monitors spending to ensure it remain within budget.
• Estimates and forecasts future financial need and supports programs with financial analytics.
• Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements and conducts program plan studies.
• Prepares estimates to complete (ETC) and spend plans, audits subcontractor invoices, and provides briefings and related documentation and reports for financial assessments.
• Forecasts and tracks financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
• Organizes budget templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner.
• Helps identify financial or operating risks associated with the execution of the contract or project.
• Provides project summary status reports to management as required or requested.

• Controlling payable section.
• Payment to suppliers & preparing statements to clients and follow up the dues.
• Supplier statement reconciliation.

• Maintain financial and accounting records of the company and ensure that accounting transactions are processed properly in the accounting system
• Adhere to accounting policies and procedures manuals and ensure that the department staffs apply them.
• Maintain control over cash in banks and cash collections accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure that suppliers provide the company with statements of accounts monthly basis and that these are reconciled to accounts payable in the sub-ledger.
