• Implemented security & system hardening project on all Linux servers in datacenter based on NSA guidelines and with system wide auditing enterprise class software.
• Implemented server monitoring dashboard for OS, applications and connections alarms along with supporting vendor with implementing hardware monitoring with HP IRS.
• Setup RHN satellite server for automated datacenter wide OS patching, Application repository, kick start provisioning.

• Provides 2nd level UNIX & Storage for T-System in both accounts Shell Petroleum and Philips Electronics in all service lines (UNIX, SAN, Backup & Restore, NAS)
• Implementations, changes and upgrade. Implementing new solution such as firmware, drivers and patches update for client.
• Monitored UNIX servers (network connectivity, swap & disk usage/errors, system performance & load, SAN/NetApp storage connectivity)
• Supporting SAN & Tape Library hosted by Operating System support, analyzing diagnostic reports, events, and configurations reports for corrective action and defining and determining hardware part to be replaced accurately & resolve the issue in timely manner.
• Provides recommendations to management on changes, upgrades, and new hardware as required including load-balancing, patching, kernel tuning for all production servers.
• Provided training & guidance to new staff in my team and responsible for my team members performance and discipline. I also responsible to attend daily meetings with customer to address operational concerns and provide solutions and updates for all customers’ inquires.
