To coordinate with the HR Manager to manage the full non-outsourcing employee relate to the issue.
Maintain documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (leave management,
grievances, final settlement, helpdesk)
Serve as a bridge between management and employees by dealing with employees related to human resources issues, rules and regulations, and properly handling complaints and grievance procedures.
To work closely with the company PRO for paperwork relating to the employee cancellation process.
Coordinates with Project Managers & PMO for deploying the idle staff.
To be responsible for maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as employee Salary Transfer Letters, Salary certificates, NOC evaluation files, and forms.
Responsible to maintain helpdesk employee issues and final settlement.
To implement innovative and new practices related to non-outsourcing. To completely understand the HR processes and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management.
Coordinates in the process of new employment application
Coordinate with recruitment officer and pro to ensure that employment visas are under process for new hired.
Follow up typing of labors application for visa processing
Ensure that new employees are sent for medical test and finger print on time
Ensure that new employees are received their ID cards and Health card upon reviving residence visa, ensure that all required documents are available in employee file
Reviews and processes personal document and appropriately maintain proper filing system.
Observe all confidentiality requirements.
Explains Procedures to labor during induction program.
Reviews all paperwork for accuracy and completeness and forward relevant papers to compensation specialist to take action on payroll, insurance and etc.
Apply for new employee for insurance and cancel if someone quit company etc.
Ticket booking and deal with travel agencies, Supervise drivers and their day-to-day activity
Reservation of arrange accommodation & Transportation for new company guest
Accurately calculates over time of labors and forward to compensation specialist prior to payroll date.
Receives information from injured labors, completes first report of injury and forwards to compensation & benefit specialist for his further action.
Receives medical bills from labors and forwards to compensation & Benefit Specialist for further formalities.
If company hire new employee, then enter new candidate information into HR Software.
Handle employee quires and problems and solve as soon as possible.
Supported daily operations of busy human resources department.
Verifying CBD, E-dirham and E-Channel Report and submitting finance.
Maintaining records for all the passport of GEEPS Employees.
If higher management gives some tasks, then complete that task with in time frame.
Report to HRM Directly if there is any problem or Delay in his work process
