• Ensure the deployment and implementation of GUL sector addition, 3G sector Addition, S222-S333 and S333-S444 expansion, New LTE sites Expansion/Upgrade as per agreed Plan with customer
• Ensure and control the deployment and progress of 480 LTE Sites Roll out across Bahrain in 6 months time in 2013 along with 500 MW new links upgrade and Re- homing of 80 links.
• Ensure to meet the Time line of VIVA Expansion 2012 Project as per agreed Plan with customer for 2G, 3G and MW Expansion by Sep2012.
• Ensure to meet the target and close monitor the progress of 374 sites of 2G Software and Hardware expansion which consists of adding New Cabinets, TRX and Cell Expansion
• Ensure to meet the target and close monitor the progress of carrier expansion of 150 3G sites from S222 to S333 and 200 Sites from S333 to S444 by adding New cabinets, WRFU boards etc.
• Monitor and deployment of 350 sites MW expansion/upgrade required for 3G expansion by adding New links, Re-homing Sites, Software upgrades, Hardware Upgrades and also by changing ODU and Antennas.
• Look after the progress for BSC and RNC Expansions to ensure the network is upgrade by agreed Plan.
• Ensure that project risks are effectively identified and timely managed.
• Identifying potential growth and innovation areas to control project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, project related documentation.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises/risks, and output contingency plans and timely submission of any Change Request to Customer

• Providing Different IBS SISO and MIMO solution as per the Operators requirement
• Conducting Pre Site Survey to check the existing 2G/3G/4G network signal strength and its coverage in the buildings and feedback the results

• Prepare purchase Qualification request (PQR) to select Subcon and Suppliers.
• Provide DAS Design for 2G, 3G, 4G, Wifi off load, LTE networks by using SISO/MIMO solutions by keeping customer’s design criteria and KPIs
• Ensure to Implement DAS(Distributed Antenna System) as per design.
• Deployment of 2G RRU (3004 and 3008) with different sector configuration(S2, S4, S6, S8)
• Deployment of 3G RRU (3804) with different sector configuration(S1, S2, S3)
• Deployment of DBS3900 BBU and its connectivity with 2G, 3G RRUs
• Deployment of Micro BTS 3902E trail site.
• Successfully Deploy 4G LTE E-Node-B and RRU for Batelco and VIVA operators to test 150Mbps by designing and deploying MIMO solution.
• Successfully design and deploy 3G Wi-Fi off loading by using the existing 2G/3G DAS network with the combination of Access point and combiners.
• As per network requirement suggest and deploy different type of rectifiers like APM30H and TP4830H.

• Responsible for conducting Site PAT, and to get Site PAC and FAC to ensure the revenue.
• Participate in IBS Project Bidding and prepare Technical document, SOP as per the requirement.
• Participate in In Building Wifi project Bidding and Submit Technical proposal, Solution as per requirement..

• Responsible for managing multiple projects in a team oriented environment, working with the Account Executive team to set up, monitor, and close projects, as well as interface and communicate with the external client who is commissioning the project.

•Develop and execute system test cases for the RF network management. Requires close collaboration with a team of experts to deliver in-depth test coverage for RF Planning.
•Ensure network quality and conformance to functional and design specifications.
•Utilize a combination of manual and automated test techniques as applicable for running the smooth network.
•Report network deficiencies and assist in the isolation and resolution.

My Job responsibilities as a Senior Engineer RF in WorldCALL Broadband Limited are as follow:
•To make the RF Plans for stinging purpose and implement that plans in the field accordingly.
•To coordinate with officials of DHA, KESC, KDA, Saddar Town, Jamshaed Town.
•To teach the different contractors about stringing which includes how to make expansion loops by using Bender and also about the usage of different corner blocks (45 and 90 degrees) during stringing.
•To check daily progress report of each contractors regarding the plans issued to them.
•To issue the BOM (Bill of Material) according to the plan given to different contractors.
•To supervise different installation team members and check their progress report.
•To supervise different maintenance and Installation teams and check their daily progressreport

Zhongxing Telecom (ZTE) is among the 300 state-owned organizations in China and ZTE is one of the largest telecom companies in China. ZTE provides various telecom equipment including ZXJ10 SPC digital switch, ATM switch, GSM switch, Video Conferencing and WLL equipment.
I worked as Assistant Manager CDMA in Zhongxing Telecom Pakistan(Pvt.) Ltd.(ZTE) from 10th July, 2002 to 5th January, 2003. I worked in the same capacity to the entire satisfaction of my superiors and my responsibilities were same as CDMA Network Engineer.
My responsibilities in the ZTE CDMA Division as Network Engineer are to participate in installation, testing and commissioning of BTS, BSC, MSC and IN which includes:
•Installation of ZXC-10 BSS (BTS And BSC) indoor Cabinet with proper connections of Compact Base Common functions which includes RFE (Duplexer and Diversity) modules, High Power Amplifiers, Transceivers, Channel Processing module, Channel Control module, Site Alarm module, Radio Frequency Interface module, Power modules, Channel data service unit and GPS.
•Installation of ZXC-10 MSC and IN Cabinets with proper connections of different modules which includes Digital Trunk Interface, Digital trunk echo canceller, Analog Signal Board, COMM Board etc.
•Installation of ZXDU-300, ZXDU-90, ZXDU-90E, ZXDU-300 (V 3.00) and ZXDU-150 Rectifier and Battery Banks.
•Installation of MSC/VLR, HLR and IN Server Racks with proper connections.
•Supervise the installation team as a team leader and power up the different BTS cell sites in Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas and Larkana.
•Installation of Sectored and Omni directional Antennas according to RF point of view.
•On line fault diagnostic, troubleshooting and restoration of the system.
•Creation of Trunks, Signalling links, Routes, Signal tracing, creation of different HLR database, Virtual HLR Database, Billing data and also look after for Service Observation, Performance Statistics, Failure Observations and User database management.
