Implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) for projects, ensuring they align with international standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Review project contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Ensure that all aspects of the work are aligned with client requirements and expectations.
Review the Project Quality Plan and implement for the execution of projects.
Reviewing and implementing the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists to monitor quality at various stages of the project.
Monitor processes and procedures to ensure they comply with the established quality standards and project requirements.
Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, deviations, and corrective actions.
Initiate and manage corrective actions to address non-conformances, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Work with project teams to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities.
Conduct internal and external quality audits to assess the effectiveness of the implemented quality management systems.
Participate in client and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters between the company, clients, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure that clients’ quality expectations are met and address any quality-related concerns promptly.
Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and quality control systems.
Provide training to team members, contractors, and subcontractors on quality standards, processes, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Carry out inspection & checking for all quality related procedures on site and ensure that all activities at site are as per approved MS & ITP.
Make sure that backfilling process is according to project specification & before raising ITR for FDT make sure that required compaction has achieved.
Coordinate with Consultant’s representative and Site Engineer for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of all observations & NCR.
Taking care of all QA/QC documents of the entire project such as Calibration Certificates, Test results, Inspection requests, NCR, Site Observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Observation/Instruction.
Carry out Internal Audit with QA Manager at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
Develop Method Statements, ITP & and Checklist of all activities based on specifications of the project.
Raise ITR, 24 hours prior to inspection to main contractor/consultant of all activities at site (FDT, Reinforcement, Concrete Pouring etc)
Inspection of formwork, reinforcement, pouring of concrete (slump, temperature).
Inspect all ongoing activities as site prior to inspection of consultant to make sure that everything is done according to project specification & requirement to avoid rejection.

Doha Metro Green Line Underground -Track Works Phase-1
Monitoring all ongoing construction work and ensure as per contract documents, methodology & QCS standard.
Ensures that all inspections and tests are recorded on the appropriate form or checklist, as indicated on the relevant ITP, and all documentation is filed in a safe and secured manner.
Final Inspection of mold (before pouring) for reinforcement embedded items and make sure releasing agent applied.
Conduct Inspections for the Mould Dimensional checks for the Segments Mould in the precast factory.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
Inspect the segment for Doha Metro track work after repair works and certify the segments accordingly.
Follow and maintain company standards of quality in accordance with company Quality System requirements.
Inspect the Repair work for the segments in the precast factory including Concrete repairs, fastening system, coating repairs etc. in compliance with approved method statement.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports of QC activities regarding Coating application, Mould and Segment Dimensional Checks.
Coordinate with the Laboratory personnel and the Third Party Lab. to follow up onsite Lab Testing frequency as per requirements of project related specifications, ASTM, BS and ISO standards.
Raise NCR report with Picture taken at non conformance point in case of any variation.
Coordinate with the QC Engineers and Technical officer regarding update of the ITP’s, Method Statements and other Quality Documents.

Pre-pour, Post-pour & Pre-delivery Inspection of Hollow Core, Wall Panels, Double Tee & other Skelton Elements as per approved shop drawings.
Inspect multiple stressing/elongation of strands for each bed of HCS & Double Tee & make sure that bed is properly clean/clear & release agent applied.
Inspect Reinforcement & embedded items of all PC Elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, ropes, dowels & threaded bars) according to reinforcement details.
Supervise the casting of HCS and ensures that the concrete used is of quality neither too dry which will cause drag marks nor too wet which would cause excessive sagging.
Supervise/Monitor the casting of panels & Skelton elements on EBAWE & TILTING molds.
Inspect & ensure the element's dimensions including sizes and locations of cut-outs comply with the cutting list and production drawing.
Inspect the finishing of element (sandblast finish, finish on retarded surface, finish on far face and near face to be painted) that must comply on the required premises.
Supervise and check before and after erection/installation of Pre-Cast elements at site to meet the ever changing requirements of qualifying factors of clients.
Visit different sites /projects to resolve the issues regarding Quality of PC elements if NCR rose by erection department, client or third party.
Check and evaluate if the client’s comments and requirements were followed and done properly to close NCR.
Prepare Pre-pour & Post pour Inspection Reports, daily Production Monitoring Report, Daily Delivery Monitoring Report & also update in data base project wise.
Raise NCR report with Picture taken at the spot/site in case of any Non Conformance.
Inspect new arrived materials (Deform Bar, Epoxy Coated Rebar, Strands, and Insulation Foam as per given standards.

Witnessing of Piles (drilling, sounding, reinforcement, pouring) and Pile cap foundation.
Inspection of building Structure work, finishing work and road work
Perform FDT test.
Inspection of reinforcement as per shop drawing and BBS
Raise NCR if any non-conformity found and follow the work to close NCR.
Raise RFI to consultant 24 hour prior to Inspection.
Check & Evaluate if any comments rose by Consultant/Client and make sure that non-conformance is rectified.
Monitor concrete (slump, temperature etc) randomly used in project.
Keep the record updated of all inspections on daily basis.
Attending weekly & fortnightly meetings about project development & working.

Supervision of piling, pile cap, Colum for steam turbine structure.
Supervision of steam turbine main foundation, foundation for condenser, and flooring.
Prepare BBS, steel cutting bending and fixing it on site under supervision.
Supervision of form work, concrete pouring and prepare daily progress report.
Supervision of excavation, back filling, layout for excavation, and repairing work on site.
Monitoring and controlling performance of laborers.
Overseeing quality control and health & safety matters on site.
Programming and monitoring of the schedule.
Maintain the proper overtime for laborers.
Reporting to the Site Engineer.
