Oversea the complete Quality process of Precast concrete elements being built at Precast Factory.
Pre-pour and post pour Inspections of precast elements with approved shop drawing and procedures.
Reviewing the shop drawing for any technical issue or contradiction (reinforcement, location of embedment etc.) and report to technical department for correction.
Following company’s Integrated Management System and Quality plan to make inspection more affective.
Attending weekly quality meeting to discuss the issues face during inspection.
Preparing daily report of inspection and total casted elements to be submitted to planning department.
Issue NCR for Any nonconformity

Oversee complete Quality control process at precast factory.
Perform Pre-pour and post casting inspection for Pre-stressed and precast elements (Hollow Core, Wall Panels, Column, Double Tee & other skeleton elements) as per approved shop drawings.
Inspecting multiple stressing/elongation of strands for each bed of HCS & Double Tee and reinforcement & embedded items of all PC elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, ropes, dowels & threaded bars) according to reinforcement details
Administering casting of HCS and ensuring the concrete used is as per quality standards.
Perform nondestructive (Rebond Hammer) test to check if the required strength of concrete is achieved.
Perform random inspection to find out if any non-conformity.
Issue NCR to relevant department in case of major nonconformity occurred.
Keep track of daily inspection and quality observation.
Making presentation of QC observations find out during inspection.
Attend weekly quality meeting with production in order to mitigate the Quality issues.
Keep track for daily casting report.

Pre-pour, Post-pour & Pre-delivery Inspection of Hollow Core, Wall Panels, Double Tee &other Skelton Elements as per approved shop drawings.
Inspect multiple stressing/elongation of strands for each bed of HCS & Double Tee& make sure that bed is properly clean/clear & release agent applied.
Inspect Reinforcement &embedded items of all PC Elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, ropes, dowels & threaded bars) according to reinforcement details.
Supervise the casting of HCS and ensures that the concrete used is of quality neither too dry which will cause drag marks nor too wet which would cause excessive sagging.
Supervise/Monitor the casting of panels& Skelton elements on EBAWE & TILTING molds.
Inspect & ensure the element's dimensions including sizes and locations of cut-outs comply with the cutting list and production drawing.
Inspect the finishing of element (sandblast finish, finish on retarded surface, finish on farface and near face to be painted) that must comply on the required premises.
Raise NCR with Picture taken at the spot/site in case of any Non Conformance.
Supervise and check before and after erection/installation of Pre-Cast elements at site to meet the ever changing requirements of qualifying factors of clients.
Check and evaluate if the client’s comments and requirements were followed and done properly to close NCR.
Prepare Pre-pour & Post pour Inspection Reports, also update in data base project wise.
Inspect new arrived materials (Deform Bar, Epoxy Coated Rebar, Strands, and Insulation Foam as per given standards.

Supervise all activities at precast factory about QA/QC.
Perform all Pre-pour elements inspection (column, beam, wall panel, parapet panel, TT Slab, Hollow Core Slab and canopy).
Inspect fabrication work for correction of corbels, Opening, Cut outs and for other defects as per GAD & Shop drawing.
Inspect reinforcement (Rebar, Stirrups, and Tie Binding), & embedded items of all PC Elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, dowels & threaded bars, steel plate, dowel hole, fixing socket, wire) according to reinforcement details.
Check approved embedded items from SEC (galvanized earth plate, base plate).
Supervision on EBAWE molds and Elematic system for hollow core and wall panel molds.
In case of any modification (revision) in drawing check approved materiel list for repairing the element otherwise recast the element.
Monitor during casting take slump check temperature of concrete fresh density of concrete air voids as well as check raw material as per approved mix design.
Witness the concrete compaction in order to avoid honey comb and segregation.
To use steam curing as per specification.
To oversee de-molding and stripping of cast element ensuring that the required lifting strength is met
Perform inspection for pre-stressed elements (Hollow core slab, Double tee slab, Pre-Stressed roof beam), stressing, elongation of strand.
Witness during strand pulling and get the required force as per approved drawing.
Inspect multiple stressing/elongation of strands for each bed of HCS & Double Tee & make
sure that bed is properly clean/clear & release agent applied.
Inspect the strand to prevent nick and kink and the quality of uncoated strand.
Make sure the mold is leveled or irregular like WEB and flange.
After casting witness the releasing of strand and make sure the slippage should be within tolerance.
Perform Re-inspection like (Cut outs locations, openings, Dimension, Size and retarded surface of all casted elements to avoid any mistake occurred during casting as well for Pre-Stressed elements in order to check the camber as required.
Perform tests in laboratory as per approved ITP.
Perform post-pour (Final) inspection (double tee, hollow core, wall panel, column, beam etc) in order to start mobilization to site.
During post-pour inspection if any major issue raise NCR with photo to the QA/QC Manager and follow up for rectification.
Visit site to resolve the issue regarding Quality of PC elements if NCR raised by Siemens or by the consultant.
Consult with the Site Engineer to start the delivery of pre-cast elements.
Attend weekly meeting as well as monthly to update my superior about the site situation and any other problem.
Make a record of inspected elements, casted, delivered elements to site.
Update daily concrete pouring log & Make a file of RFI and submit to the QC Manager along with compressive strength result in the execution of Project.
Raise RFI for client before 24 hour and submit through E-mail.
Send daily progress report to the management and site engineer as well.

Inspect the excavation work to meet required level for holding tanks and sewer line.
Use side formwork if the trench is more than 2 more deep as per the standard.
Monitor Compaction at base; inspect reinforcement, form works and cast-in-situ for holding tanks.
Inspect reinforcement, form works & proper covering before concrete pouring.
Inspect concrete (slump, temperature, workability) before & during pouring.
Inspecting / checking Layout for sewer line, manholes etc.
Make sure the slope of the sewer line as per drawing.
Maintain all level from previous lines to holding tanks & also previous lateral/extended lines to manholes.
Also maintain the level from holding tank to new sewer line.
Witness during laying down the concrete pipes in trench.
Monitor the jointing process (bell & spigot) to ensure that rubber seal lubricated properly and pipe should be in proper alignment to avoid any damage.
Perform hydraulic test in order to pass the line and for backfilling of trench.
Monitor backfilling process layer wise & back filling material must be free of big rocks to not damage the pipeline.
Making / updating daily reports.

Ensure implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, plans and work instructions.
Liaising with consultant, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Perform inspection of all sewer lines according to shop drawings.
Perform sanitary sewer inspections from the building to the sanitary sewer main.
Monitor concrete (slump, temperature etc) randomly used in project.
Make sure that initial / final back filling for line is as per required procedure & back filling material is also per requirement (free from big rocks or any damageable things)
Perform inspections on all type of manhole sand identify those that require repairing/rectification.
Monitor bedding of manholes also proper waterproofing.
Perform Field Density Test.
Performs daily inspections of construction operations / cast-in -situ within the Project.
Also was Responsible about raw material delivered at site should be according to standard specification of project.
In process and Final Inspection of all jobs carried out at site in coordination with Client/Third Party Inspector.
Notify responsible person when the standards are not being met. Raise NCR and perform all follow-up inspections as well after NCR generated.
Keep the record updated of all Inspections on daily basis.
Attending weekly & fortnightly meetings about project development & working.
Complete all paperwork associated with these tasks plus updating various databases

Coordinate with technical supervisor regarding all laboratory tests.

Inspect boring & casting of piles, pile tests, breaking of piles, pile cap foundation, piers abutment walls (precast erection/fixing + cast-in-situ)
Perform sounding test for piles.
