Enquiry/Quote/PO/Document formalities
* Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business
opportunities
* Research and analyze new technologies, market innovations, standards, guidelines and
competitor products
* Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other project documents in order to prepare detailed
technical proposal for them
* Coordinate with sales and executive teams to plan and execute sales penetration strategies to
new regional markets
* Offering after-sales support services on time
* Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams
* Putting together technical instruction for customers in relation to the use, operation and
maintenance of purchased products
* Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions
* Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers
* Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties
* Preparing reports for head office and senior managers
