Requirements, Approval Request/Submittals, and Incoming
Material/Equipment Inspection.
Government approvals and Inspections. (D.M, Trakhees, DCD)
Identifying required and optional changes in project scope;
negotiating change orders with client.
Prepare Project working schedule and ensuring its implementation.
To prepare bar bending schedule and its implementation at the site
accordingly.
Assist QS for preparing company bills as well as sub-contractors
bills.
Manage changes to Engineering scope and assist in obtaining
written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work.
