• Maximize income via second facing all showroom potential customers to understand their needs and requirements and provide finance solutions through our In-house finance as a priority and with panel banks.
• Ensure all potential sales customers are communicated with at the appropriate moment to secure the highest level of vehicle sales possible.
• Drive and achievement of KPI targets(focus on IPRU and unit sale)
• Up selling our unique in store insurance products, smart repairs, Gap warranties, service contracts and paint protection.
• Ensure customer has a better auto deal experience and protection across the market even after vehicle purchase.
• Counter customer demands, objections and price negotiation in a tactical way and influencing strong skills at customer level and ensure the deal is closed successfully with a good profit.
• Provide support and training to the sales team in following the sales process and monitor in a timely basis.
• Building confidence and trust with our customers for future referrals and purchases.
• Create Awareness, Addiction and give the customer a reason why they have to deal with us.
• Spear headed to make the deal with maximum add on for big profits.
• Ability to manage sales staff and extending support to the branch manager to accomplish his goals.
• Ensure all sales executives are fully trained in sales processes, systems and products.
• Monitoring timely and effective completion of all system requirements (Fastrack).
• Ownership of end to end sales and F&I performance and results.
