Delivering the Project from pre-contract to construction & handover stages.
* Day to day monitoring the quality work of the Sub-contractor.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Directing the Contractors on their roles & responsibilities with regards to Health & Safety procedures & comply with safety sustainability
policy & procedures.
* Overseeing & directing construction projects from conception to completion.
* Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverable.
* Overseeing all onsite & offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building & safety regulations.
* Reviewing the Work Progress on Daily basis.
* Ensuring quality job standards been carried by using proper techniques.
* Ensuring that all civil works are ready & undergone complete QA/QC procedure before the erection of Facade job takes place.
* Planning & directing site activities to mitigate delays & manage crash schedules.
* Reviewing & validating as-built drawings with respect to works executed submitted by the contractor at site.
* Attending the meeting with clients whenever required and explaining them the schedule of work completed and look ahead plan for the
work to be implemented by the Contractors.
* PROJECT SITE INCHARGE:
* Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and associated communications documents.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
* Ensuring all the materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
* Plan and schedule project timelines and milestone using appropriate tools.
* Coordinating with design department for the work to be implemented as per approved drawings and ensure the deployment of common
technical issues as per site conditions.
* Preparing Daily Progress Report/Weekly Progress Report / Monthly Progress Report.
* Collaborate with all other colleagues to maximize the group performance at site.
* Attending the meeting with clients whenever required and explaining them the schedule of work completed and look ahead plan for the
work to be implemented
