• Working and follow up service provides related with VPLS, Internet and T1 links for our client’s Datacenters locations, Corp offices and branch offices of different locations in the world.

• Providing KT session to NOC/L1 team and new jonnies in NOC and application team on F5 load balancers and giving them over view of the production and DR traffic flow and configurations on F5 and train on doing minor changes on F5 based on the requirements.

• Given KT my team members on Client’s existing VOIP infrastructure and proposed/migrated infrastructure and maintain a constant update to team members and stake holders during the phase by phase migration.
