Core responsibilities include maintenance of complete books of accounts and preparation of financial statements, reporting of daily activity reports (with regard to production, stock shortages, cash & bank summaries, hiring / firing of employees etc.) to head office, preparation of monthly cash budget for factory, maintenance of accounts receivables and payables, dealing with external auditors, arrangements of periodic physical stock takings at factory stores, preparation of salary sheets and pay slips and other accounts related jobs.
During this job, I led different internal & external audit assignments of different Limited Companies and other business concerns and got experience in the sectors of textile, tanneries, construction, laboratories, trading & retail stores, education institutions and other service providers. I have got experience also in checking of compliance procedures, special stock taking assignments, allocation of audit areas and communication of weaknesses to management.
