•Administered C&P activities and the commercial lead on the allocated projects and turnarounds
•Structuring enterprise wide contract management processes, elevating procurement procedures to
•maximize upstream supply chain activities.
•Deploying a risk management approach to negotiate to reduce and mitigate against claims and disputes.
•Refining contract pre-qualification, tendering, bid evaluation and contract award procedures.
•Providing support to contract negotiation teams to verify adherence to the company’s procurement and
•profitability objectives.
•Support the commercial delivery of all major contracts awarded or utilized (in case of call-offs), by developing and supporting execution of contract management plans

•Guiding the Saudi Aramco Yanbu Refinery Turnaround project and supporting the 2009 Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Refinery Plant shutdown.
•Reviewing and assessing project resource requirements; working with internal stakeholder to examine technical, material, and human resource requirements.
•Initiating Scrum style review meetings to determine project progress, identify challenges and impediments.

•Documented and formalized hydro-testing, test package preparation and internal cleaning processes.
