Responsibilities.
o Monitor installation works with regards to Lighting systems, power systems, Cable Management Systems, Cable Tray & Trunks & all Low-Current systems such as Fire Alarm, CCTV, Public address systems, Access control systems, MATV systems etc.
o Perform field inspections and site supervision for installations and maintenance of electrical works.
o Daily monitoring of works and inspections ensuring conformity with specifications, designs, standards and as required by the client.
o Site surveillance to check the construction works and give some comments, if necessary, according to standard of installations.
o Check and inspect the day by day accomplishment of workers in installation of conduits, devices, termination and mounting of panel boards.
o Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
o Co-ordination and follow-ups of inspection with consultants for obtaining approvals for works executed as per approved drawings and Method of Statements.
o Conduct site inspection prior for electrical and instrument cable routing and planning layout of different panel boards.
Project:
Riyadh International Exhibition Center for Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industries”.
Responsibilities.
o Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables,
Equipment, tools, etc.
o Equipment and material take-off, procurement and other related engineering works prior to start of construction activities.
o Plan and schedule the work efficiently organize the site/facility in order to meet an agreed programmed of deadline.
o Follow-up with the suppliers for the approved materials to ensure on time delivery of materials to the site.
o Rectify Shop Drawings with regards to minor comments by the consultant on the site.
o Prepare shop drawings with regards to the requirement of site works.
o Prepare as-built drawings after final approvals of site works by the consultants
• Supervise all electrical works on site, such as
Lighting, Power, Tel and Data etc.
• Design drawings.
• Shop drawings (working drawings)
• As Built drawings
• Daily visiting the site to insure that electrical
work is going on according to drawing.
• Preparing the daily report about the work that
has been done.
