Handling queries like shipments held in customs, remote areas shipments, incomplete addresses both International and domestic shipments and all High Value shipments
Planning attractive schemes to increase the customers.
Assisting project team in planning and implementing projects.
Responding to client requests in timely and accurate manner.
Performing root cause analysis of complex system problems and provide corrective actions.
Developing vendor invoices, financial reports and monthly accruals.
Preparing memos, spreadsheets and presentations for customers and management.
Prioritizing incoming emails and reply to non technical inquiries.
Analyzing resource utilization, timesheet and financial data for assigned projects.
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers.
Improving client references by writing and maintaining documentations.
Improving systems performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
Maintaining personal networks.
Accommodating client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
