ü As a Client Services Analyst I provide training & technical support to clients which includes Product/ Brand/ Business Intelligence/ SEF managers of MNCs like Pfizer, GSK, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Boehringer etc. on Dataview/ Felxview/ SMART (MIDAS), Forecast Link and IAM platforms.
ü Dealing with clients' queries on data accuracy, interpretation of markets, data availability in AfME region (Africa, Levant and Middle East).
ü Delivery of Pharmaceutical & Medical Index/ Sales Territory and Spotlight to ME regional clients and Distributor Report to distributors/ agents like City Pharmacy, MPC, Al Baker, Alphamed etc. based in Dubai.
ü Meeting clients to build up bespoke geographies and customized datasets based on clients’ market definitions i.e., Established portfolio, Primary Care, COPD, Anti-infective, Asthma, Oncology, Immunology etc. to monitor Reps/ Rep territory performance.
ü Handling various clients’ spotlight, syndicated studies, and multi-country dashboards on Dataview, Flexview and Tableau.
ü Liaison with IQVIA RWE, Production & Tech teams for new offerings in the region i.e., OTC Consumer Audit, DHA Claims etc.
ü Flexview, OCRF & SFTP Admin, users’ (both internal/ external) access management etc.

Responsibilities:
ü Developing and presenting various financial, sales and staff performance related reports to Regional Director GCC and senior management on monthly basis i.e., Stock Position, In-Market Sales and To Market Shipments, Veeva Dashboard reporting (staff performance) of GCC countries.
ü Monitoring stock movement & forecast issues and ensure that POs are sent accordingly for Gulf region. (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and UAE)
ü Designing and maintaining HR Dashboard of GCC Staff with regards to attendance, insurance, EOSB, leaves, compensation and benefits.
ü Payroll processing of all Gulf staff members on monthly basis.
ü Maintain and record all promotional and staff related expenses, preparing Cost and Expense reports on monthly basis for Gulf region and submitting the same to Leiden HQ.
